We give thanks to our God, glorified in the Holy Trinity, Who has blessed us with the opportunity to hold our second thelogical consultation at the Moscow Theological Academy between representatives of the Coptic Orthodox Church and the Russian Orthodox Church. As per the agreements reached in Lievelde, the Netherlands, we carried our theological consultations in order to mutually clarify the theological views of our Сhurches.

ACTS Theological School proudly participated in a groundbreaking international symposium co-hosted by The Institute for the Study of Eastern Christianity and The Catholic University of America, marking a significant milestone in uncovering the liturgical practices of Alexandria, Egypt.

ACTS celebrated its first-ever Alumni Breakfast, uniting clergy and lay graduates in a heartwarming event that celebrated both the school's achievements and the continued dedication of its alumni at its new campus in Newport Beach.

By the Grace of God, and blessed with the presence of HH Pope Tawadros II, HE Metropolitan Serapion, HG Bishop Kyrillos, along with HE Metropolitan Daniel, HG Bishop Mikhail, and other distinguished clergy, the first Global Hymns Conference was held from June 26 to July 5, 2023 in Cairo. This conference culminated with the graduation of three cantors from the Diocese of Los Angeles, and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the St. Didymos Institute for Cantors and St. Athanasius and St. Cyril Coptic Orthodox Theological School (ACTS).

 ACTS held its 7th annual commencement ceremony to honor the graduating class of 2023. The ceremony took place on May 6, 2023, at 12:30pm at its new campus in Newport Beach.

Rev. Dr. Eugen J. Pentiuc, Archbishop Demetrios Professor of Biblical Studies and Christian Origins at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, has published a new book, The Oxford Handbook of the Bible in Orthodox Christianity (Oxford University Press, 2022).

The eighteenth meeting of the International Joint Commission for Theological Dialogue between the Catholic Church and the Oriental Orthodox Churches took place in Rome from June 20-24, 2022 and was hosted by the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity.

Linda Abdelsayed, PsyD has been a California Licensed Psychologist since 2013. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in family psychology from Azusa Pacific University.
